Paying a link
Open a payment link, choose an asset, and review what the recipient will receive.
When you open a Reway payment link, the recipient has already supplied the receiving details. Your job is to check the request and choose how to fund it.
Check the request
Confirm the recipient, amount, and description against the payment you agreed to make. If someone sends a replacement link, verify the change with them before paying.
You should not need to share a recovery phrase or private key to open a link or connect a wallet.
Choose and confirm

Connect the right wallet. Check that the connected account contains the assets you intend to use.

Select an available asset and network. The payer's asset can differ from the recipient's output. Only options with a supported route can be used.

Review the payment quote. Check the amount leaving your wallet, the expected receiving amount, fees, and any separate gas requirement.

Review wallet requests. Authorize only the requests that match the payment. Connecting a wallet and submitting a transaction are different actions.

Follow the payment status. Confirm the outcome in the payment flow or activity view before treating the payment as complete.
If you cannot use the link
If the link is expired or no longer accepts payment, ask the recipient for an updated link. If it opens but your asset is unavailable, check the selected wallet, source network, and the routes offered by the app.
A token appearing in your wallet does not mean a payment route is available for it. See assets and networks for why coverage can vary.
