Dashboard and activity
Keep track of payments you send and receive, and find the transaction details.
The dashboard focuses on Reway payments: what you sent, what you received, and what is still in progress. It helps you check a payment without having to piece together the whole route yourself.
Find the payment
Look for the payment by its recipient, amount, description, or the time you made it, using the information available in your activity view. Open its details to inspect the result and any transaction references.
A useful payment record distinguishes what the sender paid from what the recipient received. Those can be different assets on different networks.
Understand the record
| Information | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Sent or received | Identifies your side of the payment. |
| Source amount and asset | Shows how the payment was funded. |
| Output amount and asset | Shows what arrived, or is expected to arrive, at the destination. |
| Source and destination networks | Helps distinguish the steps of a cross-chain route. |
| Payment status | Indicates whether the overall payment is still processing or complete. |
| Transaction references | Lets you inspect the on-chain activity where available. |
Available fields depend on the payment and the current dashboard release.
Pending and completed payments
Pending generally means the payment has not reached its final recorded outcome. A submitted source transaction can be confirmed while later route steps are still in progress.
Completed indicates the payment is recorded as settled. Compare the receiving amount, asset, and network with the payment details when checking your records.
Keep a useful reference
For a client payment or an issue you need to investigate, keep the payment reference, transaction hashes, networks, amounts, and approximate time. Public transaction references help identify the payment without sharing wallet secrets.
The product direction also includes payment metrics such as total sent, total received, payment count, and settlement performance. These are payment records rather than a general portfolio view.
If a record is missing or stays pending, follow troubleshooting.
